The owner Ingrid Dobson has a personable and outgoing personality, with a can-do approach to her projects. Her qualities include excellent graphic design and problem solving skills. She created the print and website imagery for The Gold Ball but also shared her supplier relationships as a cost savings measure. As the Manager of the project, I observed her aptitude for dealing with stressful situations and for taking a positive approach to resolving opportunities.
